‘The Little Couple’ Stars Jennifer Arnold and Bill Klein Renew Their Vows (Six Years Later!)

Jennifer Arnold, MD, of TLC’s The Little Couple got a big surprise when her husband, Bill Klein, got down on one knee and proposed to her all over again — six years after they got married! Bill organized their vow renewal to be one day after the proposal, taking place on a beach in Galveston, Texas, with 50 friends and family members present.
The ceremony took on a significant meaning, since Jennifer was diagnosed with cancer last year and underwent chemotherapy the same time they welcomed their adopted daughter, Zoey, joining their son Will.
“It turned out great,” Bill told People. “She was so surprised. It has been a crazy year, good and bad, and we came out unscathed. I really wanted to make it happen and do something special for Jen.”
The reception was held at Hotel Galvez & Spa, where the couple and their guests ate lobster, crab and shrimp and drank signature cocktails, and the kids enjoyed mini corn dogs and chicken nuggets and decorated their own cupcakes.
“Bill took me completely by surprise and it was in a good way,” Jennifer says. “I don’t know how he got all of our family and friends there. It blew me away.”
