8 Super Pretty Ways To Use Eucalyptus In Your Wedding

Besides being a dietary staple for animals like koalas and a popular scent for candles and essential oils, eucalyptus makes a great addition to your wedding décor. From bouquets to centerpieces and even accents for your cake, this hearty green is not only pretty, it’s perfect for adding texture, depth and fullness to any arrangement. With so many varieties to choose from (there are over 700 in existence), from round silvery green leaves to long stems with multiple leaves,  you’ll have no problem making your décor stand out.  And you can even use the seeds — they’ve become a florist favorite, popping in boutonnieres, bouquets and centerpieces everywhere!

This Wedding Is Filled With Prints and Pops of Color!

When it came to color, Sara and Jonathon didn’t shy away! Instead, they infused their wedding with bright blue and orange details and mixed prints for an unexpected quirky-meets-contemporary affair.
From their rooftop ceremony at The Venue at 400 North Ervay—complete with a custom patterned runner and Dallas views—to the cheery Courtroom reception with blue-and-white porcelain accents, this wedding was all about bold, bright color. Bows + Arrows created Sara’s bouquet—an oversized masterpiece of peonies, ranunculus, astilbe, garden roses and poppies that complemented her fitted Victoria Beckham retro sheath. Her seven bridesmaids carried slightly smaller yet equally colorful arrangements that popped against their varied Diane Von Furstenberg dresses.
And for reception After Yes created a lush garland table runner of greenery, seasonal blooms, figs and naval oranges, paired with chinoiserie ceramic vases and bowls. Vintage and modern décor collided creating a whimsical evening full of swing dancing and French macaroons.
